Building With PC
Three considered paths to a Prime Core home — and a process built to keep you informed at every stage.
Not Off The Shelf
We don't build off a fixed set of plans.
Whichever way you choose to build, every Prime Core home starts with a conversation about how you actually want to live — then we shape the plan, the finishes and the budget around that, not the other way around.
Our Process
We meet to talk through your block, your budget and your brief — no obligation, no jargon.
Initial concept plans and a feasibility budget, checked against your site and council requirements.
We refine the plan and finishes together until every detail reflects how you actually live.
A detailed, fixed price tender — site costs, inclusions and specifications, all itemised.
Contract signing, then we manage engineering, energy efficiency and building approvals for you.
Regular site updates through to a considered handover — and a home that's ready to live in.
Common Questions
Typically three to six months, depending on design complexity, land conditions and council approval timeframes. Custom designs sit toward the longer end; single storey plans move faster.
Yes — the design development stage is exactly the time to refine your plan. Once the fixed price contract is signed, changes are still possible but may involve a variation cost.
You'll meet with our design team to select flooring, cabinetry, tapware and paint from our curated Inclusions range, with Luxury upgrades available where you want them.
Both. We regularly build on clients' existing blocks, including knock-down-rebuild projects — see KDRB — and can also help source land for a new build.
